The apartment buildings on the corner of Pflanzschulstrasse and Stauffacherstrasse are part of a perimeter block development in the Aussersihl district. The houses were built at the beginning of the 20th century and are in good condition. Through gentle renovation, the characteristic qualities from the construction period were preserved and adapted to contemporary living requirements. New spacious maisonettes with roof terrace were created in the roof.
