  • Originally designed as a guest house with a garage, the building is now to be converted into an apartment building. As an annex to a listed villa on the same property, the design requirements are very high. The planned extension is formally and volumetrically restrained in relation to the existing building and develops its effect in the interior.

    The extension connects the two floors spatially and functionally. The ground floor, formerly used as a garage and workshop, now houses the living area of the large apartment. The extra-high living room connects to the sleeping area and is designed as an open, outward-facing space.
