The existing single-family house from the 1950s requires considerable renovation and is to be replaced by a multi-family house. The desire for flexibility in terms of use and division of space is met by dividing the house into two to three units. In addition to residential use, commercial use is also possible on the ground floor.
The outdoor space is a defining element of the spacious living areas. On the ground floor, the intimate character of the garden, on the top floor, the panoramic view over Lake Zurich.
