The four-storey apartment building replaces a fragment of the perimeter block development characteristic of the Aussersihl area. The urban ground floor with commercial use and courtyard building forms a situation related to the original neighbourhood development. The upper floors contain eight three- and four-room flats.
The articulation of the base, main section and roof, and the perforated façade in combination with ribbon windows characterise the house and integrate it into the homogeneous surroundings.
